These terms govern your use of the CounterQuant web platform, data API, and related services. By accessing counterquant.com, you agree to comply with the policies described below.

Usage

CounterQuant provides CS2 match analytics, live score data, highlight content and AI-based predictions. Use the site and API only for lawful, non-abusive purposes and do not attempt to reverse-engineer any proprietary systems.

Accounts & Access

If you sign in or register for an API key, keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, and CounterQuant may suspend access for misuse or abuse.

Intellectual Property

The CounterQuant website, branding, dashboard, and API output are owned by CounterQuant and protected by copyright. You may not copy or redistribute our proprietary platform design or data feeds without permission.

Limitations

CounterQuant does not guarantee continuous availability or error-free operation. The platform is offered "as is" and CounterQuant is not liable for losses caused by delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate data.

Third-party services integrated via our platform may have their own terms; you are responsible for compliance with those terms as well.
